Sport-specific strength, speed, and conditioning coaching — built by a nationally competing natural bodybuilder who understands both the science of performance and the psychology of sticking with it.
XFitness559 was built out of a home garage gym in Kingsburg with one goal: bring real athletic-performance training to local youth athletes and adults — the same discipline used to prepare for national natural bodybuilding stages, scaled to fit your sport, your age, and your season. Athletes train here across baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, golf, swimming, football, and water polo.
Exodus Rodriguez is a nationally competing natural bodybuilder and a pre-med psychology student at Fresno State — a former varsity baseball player himself — a combination that shows up in how every program here is built: grounded in exercise science, and structured around what actually keeps people motivated and coming back.
Every session happens in this space — I only invest in equipment built for putting on real mass and strength, nothing cheap makes it in here.
Every piece you see here gets used — this isn't a showroom.
Medals, plaques, and a few pieces from the stage — proof the work gets put in.
Quick-adjust dumbbells that swap load in seconds instead of swapping plates.
A pivoting hack-squat/leverage machine for quad work without needing a spotter.
A flat utility bench for pressing and seated accessory work.
A stiff leather belt for heavy pulls and squats, plus a slam ball for conditioning work.
Four bars, four jobs: a stiff powerlifting bar, a safety squat bar for shoulder-friendly squats, a cambered curl bar, and a rackable hex trap bar.
Keeps hands dry for pulls and heavy holds, mounted straight to the rack.
Seated leg extension and prone leg curl in one plate-loaded machine — quads and hamstrings covered.
Plate-loaded isolation for arm day — no cheating the swing.
Bands, ropes, straps, and more — always within reach.
Heavy-duty adjustable bench frame — no wobble under load.
The centerpiece of the gym — full cable pulley system and weight stack built in.
Before the equipment and the sponsorships, this is where XFitness559 actually started back in 2023 — a couple of athletes, some dumbbells, and a barbell. Everything since has been built one piece at a time.
Every athlete — and every adult client — starts with a waiver and a quick assessment, so the program is built around them, not a generic template.
Groups of 3–4, matched deliberately by age and level — the energy of teammates with the attention of a small setting.
Fully individualized coaching, one hour, all attention on one athlete.
One in-person session a week, plus full remote support — built for youth athletes and adults alike.
Before-school and after-school time slots available during the school year.
Official XFitness559 tees — Athletics & Personal Training, est. 2023. $30 each, available in four colors.
"This was one of the best decisions we made for Brenden. He has learned so much and continues to use the knowledge you gave him. Thank you @xfitness559_"
"We were so happy with Davian's summer results, thank you!!"
